Our products have found their ways into many homes, restaurants, and schools in the Madison and Chicago areas, but the best place to find us is at the Dane County Farmers Market, pretty much every Saturday throughout the year. The market is located on the Capitol Square (we're between State St and W Washington) from late April until early November. At that point it moves indoors to the Monona Terrace for November and December. In January it moves again to the Madison Senior Center, where it resides until going back outdoors in mid-April. During the outdoor market season we also attend the Wednesday market on MLK Jr Blvd.
We are happy to offer our products to many local restaurants. As the local food movement grows, we are pleased to expand our reach. Visit these fine establishments to see what all the fuss is about.
Part of our mission is to educate children about where their food comes from and to get local foods into schools. We have held field trips at our farm and every spring we go to a local elementary school and show the kids how to transplant and grow a tomato seedling that they take home. We have also partnered with REAP Food Group in their Chef in the Classroom and School Snack programs.
Another way to enjoy our products is to sign up for our winter spinach and organic rolled oats shares and in summer our flower CSA. See information on our CSA page.
